Delhi’s food lovers have a new hotspot to discover—Litchi, an eclectic bistro blending European and Asian influences, has launched in Panchsheel Park and Khan Market. This exciting addition to the city’s dining scene is the creation of Ritika Sharma and Chef Umesh Kapoor of Tiger Shark LLP Pvt Ltd.

Drawing inspiration from culinary traditions across France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, and more, Litchi’s menu offers a unique fusion of flavours. Diners can savor dishes such as Turkish Cilbir, Gochujang Chicken, and Spaghetti a Frutti di Mare, alongside creative brunch highlights like Ricotta on Toast, Avocado Show, and Gymkhana Eggs.
“Our goal with Litchi was to craft a space where guests could embark on a global gastronomic journey. Every dish has been carefully curated to balance authenticity with innovation, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience. From the inviting ambience to the thoughtfully designed menu, we want each visit to feel special,” shared Ritika Sharma, Co-Founder of Litchi.
Spanning 2,500 sq ft in Panchsheel Park and a prime spot in Khan Market, Litchi offers a stylish indoor space complemented by a charming outdoor patio. The interiors seamlessly blend modern European and Asian aesthetics, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

For those looking for lighter bites, the Small Plates section features delights such as Dynamite Prawns, Chicken Curry Empanada, Coconut & Kafir Lime Tikka, Tamarind & Bhoot Jholokia Jackfruit Tikka. Salad lovers can enjoy options like Kyoto Caesar Salad and Quinoa & Avocado Salad. Those looking to catch up on Brunch can enjoy dishes like Thai Spiced Vada Pao or OG Shakshouka.
The main course selection is just as enticing, featuring Chicken Parmigiana and Allepy Fish Curry. Pasta lovers can indulge in Hearty Lamb Bolognese and Tom Yum Spaghetti. To round off the meal, desserts like Tiramisu or Old Fashion Chocolate Cake provide the perfect sweet finish.

“Litchi isn’t just about great food—it’s about delivering an immersive dining experience. Whether it’s a romantic dinner, a relaxed brunch, or a celebration with friends, our menu and ambience cater to every occasion,” said Umesh Kapoor, CEO of The Tiger Shark.
Now open at two locations in Delhi, Litchi invites diners to explore its bold and diverse flavours, setting a new standard for Eurasian cuisine in the city.
